Sunday School Classes at Congaree Presbyterian
There are currently several adult Sunday School classes you are invited to visit or join.
1. The Traditional Adult class - Teachers rotate between Brady Link, Ella Woodruff and Dick Schaffer.
2. The Study of the Divinci Code Class - led by Pastor White.
3. The Bible Study Class - led by Danny Mallory.
4. The Kitchen Cabinet - a discussion group held in the fellowship hall - led by Bill McFarland and others.
Mariners Cookbook Update
The Congaree Presbyterian Mariners cookbook are still available. (Supply is now Limited!). The cost is $14.00 or two for $27.00 for a beautiful loose leaf ring binder with over 300 recipes. This is a wonderful cookbook with a variety of recipes and will make a wonderful Christmas, Birthday or Wedding Present. Contact any member of the Mariners or the church office if you would like one.
Sunday School Volunteers Needed....
Volunteers are needed who will be willing to teach on a rotating basis or temporarily fill in for regular teachers. If you are interested or if you have any questions, please contact Mike Faulk through the church office.
Join The Choir If the Lord has blessed you with a singing voice, it is a gift from God you should share! The Choir needs you! We are very blessed to have such a wonderful choir, but we need more voices. The Chancel Choir is now starting its regular Fall schedule. Come join us as we practice on Wednesday at 7:00pm!! We practice hard, but enjoy great fellowship and fun! Come and join us.
Kids Choirs The Junior Choir and Jesus Peeps are starting their Fall schedules. If your kids have an interest in either of these groups please contact Patty Kestner through the church office.
God's Helping Hands
They are in need of non-perishable foods. They especially need cooking oil, spaghetti sauce and pasta, boxed mac & cheese, bath soap, grits, flour, and sugar. With Fall and Winter soon approaching lets reach deep inside and pull together to feed our areas less fortunate. Make your donations in the church office or place them in the box in the sanctuary or if you have any questions, please contact the church office. Thank You.
